At Nattrun.is, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal information, communications, and data.


0. Pricing

  • Appointments with Nattrun (Náttrún) are booked at $125 USD per half hour. Additional time is $125 per half hour, unused minutes are rounded up to the half hour.

  • Bookings and payment is made in advance when possible. Custom arrangements are possible. Cancellations and reschedules can be made without penalty with 24 hours notice prior to the appointment via email or booking system. Reschedules and cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to booking are not refundable.

1. Communication Security

  • All communications with Nattrun, including text, voice, and video, are conducted with the highest level of security using end-to-end encryption via the Signal app when applicable. Clients can remain anonymous via Signal username if they desire.

  • Clients may also choose traditional communication methods (e.g., phone, email, zoom, google meet…) if preferred.

2. Data Handling

  • No Recording Policy: Nattrun will never record or write down details of your conversations, whether they occur through video, voice, or text chats.

  • Secure Email Hosting: All emails are securely hosted by Google Workspace, ensuring compliance with industry standards for data protection.

  • Device Security: We encourage clients to use secure and up-to-date devices when communicating with us.

3. Confidentiality

  • Nattrun will never disclose, discuss, or share the details of any client communication with any third party under any circumstance.

  • Should a client require additional legal assurance, we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.

4. Legal Compliance

  • We adhere to the privacy and confidentiality laws of Iceland, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States, and any other country where we operate.

  • Regardless of local laws, Nattrun commits to never disclosing, retaining, or providing access to any client communications conducted in confidence.

5. Client Rights

  • Clients have the right to communicate with Nattrun using their preferred method, with the understanding that Signal offers superior security.

  • Clients may request verification of our security measures or provide their own NDAs for signature.

6. Data Retention

  • We do not retain any records of client communications unless explicitly required and authorized by the client.

  • Any temporary data (e.g., emails or scheduling information) will be securely deleted approximately 90 days after the service has been rendered, unless otherwise requested by the client.

7. Updates to the Privacy Policy

  • Nattrun.is reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in laws, best practices, or operational adjustments. Clients will be notified of any updates, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
